Our Story
A chance encounter with the best BBQ sauce he’d ever tasted led Steve Valenta, Papa Valachy’s founder, to create some of the most amazing sauces on the market. Over seven years ago, Steve was on a fishing trip in northern Minnesota and stopped by a restaurant out in the boondocks. That night, BBQ chicken was on special and it was the most incredible sauce Steve had ever tasted. After convincing the owner to sell him the recipe, Steve began tweaking and perfecting the recipe while carefully taking in customer feedback. The result? A complete line of distinct flavors that are hailed by pit masters and competition BBQ professionals.

At Papa Valachy, we are always looking for ways to give back to our community through fundraising. Our opportunity is unique in that we offer a recurring fundraising model that rewards organizations for repeat customers. Once customers try our sauces they’ll consistently be coming back for more and more. In addition, we will work with you to set you up as the entity who makes the majority of the money. Private Label
We are open to private label opportunities should opportunities arise that are mutually beneficial and are in alignment with our core beliefs. A few examples of how private labeling Papa Valachy sauces can add value to business owners and customers:
A BBQ restaurant who wants to use our sauce and have it available for purchase in their store. We’ll even help you create a custom label so you can tailor the packaging towards your business.
A grocery store chain who wants to sell our sauces in their stores with their own brand name and packaging.
A VFW or Rotary club who wants to private label our sauce to raise funds for their organization.

Note that Papa Valachy sauces are shipped in glass bottles as glass dramatically extends the shelf life of the product. Shipping costs are higher as a result, but our commitment to providing customers with the absolute best quality product is of utmost importance.
