Only after a full year of testing, receiving customer feedback and perfecting the product did Steve consider it good enough to package and sell. Upon perfecting and selling Papa Valachy's Original flavor BBQ sauce, Steve's customers began clamoring for a spicier option. Steve went right to work, carefully creating a high quality and flavorful sauce family and friends adored - Zing! Steve even sent a few samples to Amazing Clubs of America, which has a diverse selection of clubs members can belong to, such as wine and cheese. To Steve's surprise, Amazing Clubs of America selected Zing for distribution August 2018.
